1. About EICT
EDUCARE INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY (EICT) operates as an educational and skill-development initiative of EDUCARE SKILLS FOUNDATION. EICT may provide computer education, vocational training, skill-development courses and related educational services through its authorized activities and centres.

4. Admission & Registration
Applicants must provide accurate, complete and genuine information during admission or registration. EICT may reject, cancel or hold an application if the information or documents submitted are found to be incorrect, incomplete, misleading or unverifiable.
5. Documents & Verification
Students may be required to submit documents such as identity proof, educational certificates, photographs and other documents required for admission, registration, examination or verification. Documents may be verified where necessary.
6. Course Fees & Online Payment
Applicable fees will be communicated before admission or registration. Online payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. EICT is not responsible for technical failures, delays or errors caused by banks, payment gateways or other third-party service providers.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Any admission fee, registration fee, course fee, examination fee or other payment will be governed by the applicable refund and cancellation terms communicated at the time of admission or payment.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the applicable policy and payment method. Certain registration, examination, administrative or third-party charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
8. Attendance & Course Completion
Students are responsible for maintaining the required attendance, completing the prescribed course work, participating in assessments/examinations and complying with applicable academic or centre rules.
9. Certificates & Marksheets
Certificates, marksheets or other course-related documents will be issued only after fulfillment of the applicable course, attendance, assessment, examination, fee and documentation requirements.
Any statement regarding government recognition, statutory approval, affiliation, certification or accreditation will apply only where such status is specifically applicable and verifiable for the particular course or service.
10. Franchise Applications
Franchise applications are subject to review and approval by EICT/EDUCARE SKILLS FOUNDATION. Submission of an application does not guarantee franchise approval.
Approved franchise centres must follow applicable branding, operational, academic, documentation, fee and quality guidelines communicated by the organization. Detailed rights and obligations may be governed by a separate franchise agreement.
11. Franchise Fees
Any franchise fee, registration fee, security deposit, renewal fee or other applicable charges will be communicated before entering into the franchise arrangement. Payment of a fee alone does not create any right to use the EICT brand unless the franchise application is formally approved and the applicable agreement is completed.
12. Branding & Intellectual Property
The EICT name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, course material and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written authorization.
Authorized franchisees may use branding only according to the applicable franchise/authorization terms.
13. WhatsApp & Communication
EICT may communicate with students, applicants and franchise applicants through phone, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels for legitimate admission, course, support, payment, franchise or service-related purposes.
14. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the website, including admission details, identity documents, educational documents, franchise information and payment-related details, will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, social media, analytics tools and external websites. EICT does not control the policies, availability or security practices of such third-party services.
16. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the website and keep information updated. However, temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, server issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Limitation of Liability
EICT will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised services. However, EICT shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party service interruptions, payment gateway failures, natural events, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
